Common use of GROUP PURCHASING AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

GROUP PURCHASING AUTHORITY. Texas law authorizes Institutions of Higher Education (defined by Section 61.003, Education Code) to use group purchasing procurement methods (Section 51.9335, Education Code). Contractor agrees that other Institutions of Higher Education may enter into an Agreement or Contract with Contractor for the purchase of the services described herein based on the terms, conditions, and prices, of this Contract.
