Grouping of Teachers within Honorable Dismissal List. Within each position of the Honorable Dismissal List, the District must establish four (4) groupings of teachers qualified to hold the position as follows: 1. Group 1 shall consist of each non-tenured teacher who has not received a performance evaluation rating; 2.
