Xxxx Changes. At the time of booking, You must provide Club Med with the full names as they appear on Your/ Your traveller’s passport. Please note the airlines Club Med utilises do not permit name changes for any reason. Such changes are likely to result in You being charged the full cost of the flight and will be subject to space being available for a new reservation.

Teachers who have been on the top step of any lane for less than one year, and who have acquired the proper graduate credits for a lane change, will remain on their current step but move to the appropriate lane. Teachers who have been on the top step of any lane for one year or more, and who have acquired the proper graduate credit for a lane change, will advance one-step and move to the appropriate lane.

Teachers who earn additional college credits or the equivalent to qualify for a higher salary class shall file an official transcript, equivalent document or a letter from the institution verifying satisfactory completion of college or equivalent work with the Treasurer of the Board by September 15th for advancement during the first semester. The Treasurer shall then pay such teachers in accordance with the new salary schedule placement as of the pay period in which September 15th falls. Credits of the equivalent earned for advancement on the salary schedule shall conform to the following:
1. Work is satisfactorily completed at an accredited college, university or other appropriate institution. Accreditation must be through one of the six regional accreditation agencies, the American Council for Education or National Program of Non-collegiate Sponsored Instruction.
2. Work provides sufficient credit or the equivalent to qualify the teacher for placement on the next column on the salary schedule.
3. Work completed is relevant to currently held certification/license and/or leads to an additional area of licensure. Beginning July 1, 2012, if a teacher obtains his/her master’s degree in his/her area of certification/licensure, the teacher shall also be entitled to a one time stipend payment of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
Xxxx Changes. 15.1. I may only make a Room Change with prior written approval by an authorized HFS staff member.
15.2. If I wish to change my Room, I must follow all Room Change procedures .
15.3. If HFS approves my Room Change request or I am required to make a Room Change as part of a disciplinary process, I will be assessed a nonrefundable Room Change charge.
15.4. If I do not follow proper Room Change procedures, I will be charged an improper Room Change charge in addition to the Room Change charge.
15.5. I will be required to pay the Room rate for the new Room effective the date my Room Change begins.
15.6. I must return my originally assigned Room keys to the location designated by HFS by my Room Change deadline. If my keys are not returned by the deadline, I will be assessed the daily rate for both Rooms until the keys to my originally assigned Room are returned, and I will be charged an improper Room Change charge.
15.7. If I make a Room Change without prior approval from an authorized HFS staff member:
15.7.1. I will be assessed an unauthorized Room Change charge; and,
15.7.2. I will be charged the daily Room rate for both Rooms until I have Checked out of my originally assigned Room or I have moved back to my originally assigned Room; and,
15.7.3. I will be charged a Room Change charge if HFS approves my Room Change request; and,
15.7.4. I may be assessed an improper Room Change charge if I do not follow proper Room Change procedures.
15.8. Prior to my Room Change deadline, I will remove all of my personal belongings from my Room and Common Areas and follow the cleaning guidelines . If I do not remove my personal belongings, HFS may pack and store and/or dispose of them at my expense. While HFS intends to make reasonable efforts to protect my belongings, I will not hold the University liable for any damage or loss.
15.9. If my keys are not returned by my Room Change deadline, I may be assessed a lock change charge in order to secure my Room, plus an additional charge for each unreturned key.

The Committee will begin its work in November, 2016. It will submit its recommendations to the parties by June 1, 2016. The parties agree as follows:
1. The issue of changes to Schedule B of the BPS/BEA contract shall be submitted to a subcommittee of the Bargaining Teams.
2. The subcommittee will consider eliminating positions, adding positions (including but not limited to middle school orchestra and band; overnight field trip; 21(F) on- line class mentor; middle/high school art shows; Model UN, National Junior Honors Society and middle school athletic positions) and adjusting pay for positions. The subcommittee will formulate a proposal for submission to the Bargaining Teams for consideration. The teams may modify the proposal; adopt the proposal or reject the proposal. If rejected the issue of Schedule B shall be bargained.
3. The committee shall start its work no later than January 31, 2016 and submit its proposal to the Bargaining Teams by April 30, 2016.
4. Once submitted to the Teams, the parties will complete work on the proposal by June 15, 2016
5. The parties shall submit the proposal for ratification in a timely manner so the changes to be implemented will be effective for the 2016/17 school year.
Xxxx Changes. Company shall have the right to change and/or add to the XXXX at any time and to change, discontinue or impose conditions on any function, feature and/or aspect of the System. This XXXX shall be immediately and automatically revoked and replaced upon publication of a revised XXXX on the Company’s website, whether or not you acknowledge receipt of the revised XXXX.

Criteria for movement across the salary schedule a teacher must attain 8 semester hours of graduate level work in their Major or Minor field, or be in a planned graduate program that has been approved by the Drake School Board. Proof of completion shall be filed with the Business Manager by October 1, to advance to the next step, undergraduate courses are to be approved by the Board for credit prior to taking the course.

Faculty members eligible to change positions on the salary schedule due to completion of additional graduate work may do so at the beginning of the first or Fall semester or at the beginning of the second or Spring semester.
