Guarantee of Other Type of Equipment. The successful bidder shall guarantee all other types of equipment offered, except those mentioned in 30a, above, against defective parts, workmanship, and perfonnance for a period of not less than three (3) months after date of receipt of equipment. Bidder shall also provide service to the equipment for at least three (3) months. All parts found defective within that period shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor without cost to the Government. Repairs, adjushnents or replacements of defective parts shall be completed by the contractor within six (6) working days after notice from the Government.
