GXT Test. The cost of the Annual Test for all eligible employees shall be paid by the City. Because the Annual Test is voluntary, the results shall not be provided to the employer by the test administrator. Therefore, any follow-up medical treatment resulting from the Annual Test shall be at the discretion and the expense of the employee. Nothing herein shall limit or affect any rights or benefits under Workers’ Compensation statutes, disability benefit statutes or other applicable laws.
