H. UNION SECURITY. 51. Dues deductions shall be made only upon signed authorization from the employee on a form furnished by the City and shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee. For the administrative convenience of the City and Union, an employee may only revoke a dues authorization by delivering the notice of revocation to the Controller during the thirty days prior to the expiration of the MOU. The City shall deliver a copy of the notices of revocation of dues deduction authorizations to the Union within thirty (30) days of the close of the revocation period.
