Bulletin Boards and Distribution of Materials. The Board shall provide bulletin board space which is accessible to bargaining unit members at the Grayslake, Lakeshore, and Southlake campuses for use by the Union for the posting of its materials. The Union may distribute a reasonable amount of materials to bargaining unit members through the College's regular distribution system via campus mail or e-mail provided such does not interfere with the operation of the College and is in accordance with the College of Lake County policies regarding distribution of literature. The Union may continue to use mail receptacles in office areas provided a non-unit supervisor (or his or her designee) or the Union (must be a bargaining unit employee) distributes the material.

All literature shall be dated, shall be identified by affiliation and author, and shall be neatly displayed, and removed from said bulletin board when no longer timely. The Department agrees that Association literature shall not be removed from said bulletin boards without first consulting with the station, bureau, or unit representative of the Association to determine if the literature should remain for an additional period of time. The Department is authorized to remove any literature not posted within the specific limits of this section upon notifying the affected Association representative.

Except as stated below, the Department agrees that identifiable Association literature shall not be removed from said bulletin boards without first consulting with the station, bureau, or unit representative of the Association to determine if the literature should remain for an additional period of time. The Association shall not post literature that is discriminatory, harassing, or violates City policy or the law. The Department may remove this type of literature immediately and shall notify the Association of its removal.

  • Notification and Distribution of Materials The Company shall notify the Holders in writing of the effectiveness of the Resale Shelf Registration Statement as soon as practicable, and in any event within one (1) Business Day after the Resale Shelf Registration Statement becomes effective, and shall furnish to them, without charge, such number of copies of the Resale Shelf Registration Statement (including any amendments, supplements and exhibits), the Prospectus contained therein (including each preliminary prospectus and all related amendments and supplements) and any documents incorporated by reference in the Resale Shelf Registration Statement or such other documents as the Holders may reasonably request in order to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Securities in the manner described in the Resale Shelf Registration Statement.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) a current List; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement.

  • Distribution of Shares (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 hereof, and to such minimum purchase and other requirements as may from time to time be indicated in the Fund's Prospectus, Distributor, acting as principal for its own account and not as agent for the Fund, shall have the right to purchase Shares from the Fund. (c) The Distributor (or its affiliates) shall pay the costs of printing and supplying all copies of the Prospectus and SAI that it may reasonably request for use in connection with the distribution of Shares. The Distributor will also pay the expenses of the preparation, excluding legal fees, and printing of all amendments and supplements to the Fund's Prospectus and SAI if the amendment or supplement arises from Distributor's activities or rules and regulations related to Distributor's activities and those expenses would not otherwise have been incurred by the Fund. Distributor will pay all expenses incurred by Distributor in advertising, promoting and selling Fund Shares. (d) Prior to the continuous offering of any Fund Shares, commencing on a date agreed upon by the Fund and the Distributor, it is contemplated that the Distributor may solicit subscriptions for such Shares during a subscription period which shall last for such period as may be agreed upon by the parties hereto. The subscriptions will be payable within three business days after the termination of the subscription period, at which time the Fund will commence operations.

  • Incorporation of Software Code I agree that I will not incorporate into any Company software or otherwise deliver to Company any software code licensed under the GNU General Public License or Lesser General Public License or any other license that, by its terms, requires or conditions the use or distribution of such code on the disclosure, licensing, or distribution of any source code owned or licensed by Company except in strict compliance with Company’s policies regarding the use of such software.

  • Acquisition of Shares by Third Party Other than an affiliate of EVe Mobility Acquisition Sponsor I LLC, any Person (as defined below) is or becomes the Beneficial Owner, directly or indirectly, of securities of the Company representing fifteen percent (15%) or more of the combined voting power of the Company’s then outstanding securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors, unless (1) the change in the relative Beneficial Ownership of the Company’s securities by any Person results solely from a reduction in the aggregate number of outstanding shares entitled to vote generally in the election of directors, or (2) such acquisition was approved in advance by the Continuing Directors (as defined below) and such acquisition would not constitute a Change in Control under part (c) of this definition;
