Election Day Employees shall be granted two (2) hours to vote on any election day only if, due to scheduling of work, they would not otherwise be able to vote.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

Opening an Account Stripe may use information that you provide to Stripe and its Affiliates about a Connected Account to (a) determine the Connected Account’s eligibility to be a Stripe Issuing Accountholder; (b) administer the Stripe Issuing Program; and (c) monitor each Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s Principal Owners, Stripe Issuing Administrators, Card Authorised Users, representatives, and individuals with significant responsibility for management, including executives and senior managers, for the purpose of meeting Stripe’s obligations under Law. Christmas Day Easter Tuesday shall be observed as a Public Holiday in lieu of Easter Saturday and any work performed on Easter Saturday shall be paid at ordinary Saturday penalty rates. Should Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Australia Day or ANZAC day fall on a weekend, the following Monday, or other day as agreed shall be taken in lieu.
Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties. The intent is that there will be no more than twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year for the duration of this agreement.
Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.
