HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1 Where a Data subject submits a request to the Processor to inspect, as stipulated by article 35 GDPR, or to improve, add to, change or protect their personal data, as stipulated by article 36 GDPR, the Processor will forward the request to the Controller and the request will then be dealt with by the Controller. The Processor may notify the Data subject hereof.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1. The Controller is responsible for handling and responding to requests made by Data subjects.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1 In case a data subject submits a request to execute his/her legal rights to Processor, Processor will forward the request to Controller, who will handle the request from there. Processor may inform the data subject of this.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. Where a data subject submits a request to one of the Parties to exercise one of its legal rights under Applicable Data Protection Law, this Party will independently deal with such request if it falls within the scope of its own processing activities for which the Party concerned is responsible. If the request, as referred to in Article 6.1, relates to the processing for which the requested Party is not responsible, then the request must be forwarded to the responsible Party. The data subject may be notified hereof. In case it is necessary, the Parties will reasonably assist each other to enable the data subject to exercise its legal rights. DURATION AND TERMINATION This Data Exchange Agreement enters into force upon its signing by both Parties on the date of the last signature. This Data Exchange Agreement is entered for the duration of [SPECIFY DURATION OF THE DATA EXCHANGE AGREEMENT [OR] THE AGREEMENT] [SPECIFY NOTICE PERIOD FOR TERMINATION: THIS DATA EXCHANGE AGREEMENT MAY BE TERMINATED BY EITHER PARTY AT ANY TIME UPON SERVING [XX] MONTHS’ WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE OTHER PARTY]. This Data Exchange Agreement may only be amended by the Parties subject to mutual agreement. MISCELLANEAOUS The Data Exchange Agreement and its implementation will be governed by [SPECIFY] law. Any dispute arising between the Parties in connection with and/or arising from this Data Exchange Agreement will be referred to the competent court in [SPECIFY]. The Parties shall provide their full cooperation in amending and adjusting this Data Exchange Agreement in the event of new or amended privacy legislation. If any provision of the Data Exchange Agreement should appear void or otherwise unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the Data Exchange Agreement as a whole. The Parties shall in that event agree a new provision or new provisions, by which the intention of the original provision(s) is as much as possible reflected.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1 In the event that a data subject submits a request to exercise their statutory rights to the Processor, the Processor shall forward the request to the Controller and the Controller will handle the request. The Processor may inform the data subject about this.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 9.1. If a data subject sends a request for access, correction, addition, modification or blocking to the processor, the processor will handle this request if the request is aimed at the processing concerning the purposes of the processor. In all other cases, the processor will forward the request to the controller who will further process the request. The processor may inform the data subject accordingly.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1 In the event that a data subject wishes to exercise one of its statutory rights with regard to its personal data and submits a request to that effect to the Sub-processor, the Sub-processor will forward this request to the Processor. The Processor will then ensure that the request is processed. The Sub-processor may inform the data subject about this.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. Where a Data subject submits a request (DSAR) to the Processor under GDPR Articles 15-22, the Processor will forward the request to the Controller and the request will then be dealt with by the Controller. The Processor will notify the Data subject of the forwarding of the request.
HANDLING REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS. Where a Data subject submits a request to the Processor to exercise one of its legal rights, the Processor shall deal with this request if it relates to processing that pertains to the Processor’s own processing activities. In all other cases, the Processor will forward the request to the Controller and the request will then be dealt with by the Controller. The Processor may notify the Data subject hereof. Where a Data subject submits an inspection request to the Controller, tThe Processor shall cooperate where requested by the Controller in so far as is possible and reasonable. NONDISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY All personal data received by the Processor from the Controller and/or compiled by the Processor within the framework of this Data Processing Agreement is subject to a duty of confidentiality vis-à-vistowards third parties. The Processor shall refrain from using this informationthe personal data for any purpose other than that for which it was furnished, even where made available in a manner that is not traceable to the Data subjects. This duty of confidentiality will not apply in the event that the Controller has expressly authorised the furnishing of such information to third parties, where the furnishing of the information to third parties is reasonably necessary in view of the nature of the instructions and the implementation of this Data Processing Agreement, or if there is a legal obligation to make the information available to a third party.
