Handling Sensitive Information. If a person who is not an insider inadvertently becomes aware of sensitive information, they must immediately notify the Group General Counsel and the Group Company Secretary. It is crucial that this information is not discussed with anyone else to avoid creating additional insiders and risking further breaches.
Handling Sensitive Information. In those situations where an employee is directed to handle sensitive, classified or restricted information and is not advised of it's sensitivity, classification or restricted nature, such failure by management will be considered prior to any consideration of corrective measures for the inadvertent disclosure or misuse of that information unless said disclosure or misuse was deemed intentional or negligent.
