Handtools. The MOA will provide common hand tools of the trade, which the MOA deems necessary to complete the work assigned. The MOA will not be responsible for hand tools personally owned by an employee and used at the employee's discretion.

Handtools. Employees may be required to provide common quality tools of the trade in which they are employed. Employees shall submit and maintain a current inventory of tools to the shop supervisor. Employees’ inventoried tools will be replaced if broken in the course of the work. The Municipality shall replace brand for brand all inventoried tools including tool boxes in the event of loss from fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster.
Handtools. All hand tools and equipment required for performance of employees' duties shall be supplied by and remain the property of the Hospital.   • Tools (a) The Employer shall provide on all construction jobs, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested by the Employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing Employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the Employer shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for Employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of Employees. (b) Where an Employee is absent from work because of illness or accident the Employer shall ensure that the Employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Malicious Software The Contractor or subcontractors that discover and isolate malicious software in connection with a reported cyber incident shall submit the malicious software in accordance with instructions provided by the Contracting Officer.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.
