Hardware/Software the fees and costs for Hardware and Software shall be itemized for each proposal and/or quote. Any purchase in excess of $5,000 (Five Thousand dollars) requires a 50% deposit at the time of order unless other terms are mutually agreed upon by the Parties on a case by case basis.

ABT will ensure that each Covered Dealer ------------------- has the ABT Software, any other required software, and all hardware and transmission capabilities necessary to perform the data entry and transmission described in Section 2.3. Except as provided in Section 2.4, [*] Confidential Treatment Requested prior to each Field Specialist initial appointment with each Covered Dealer, ABT will ensure that the foregoing components are properly installed, integrated, and configured, and that the system has been tested and is capable of performing the data entry and transmission described in Section 2.3. ABT shall be responsible for the installation of all required software, prior to deliver of the hardware to a Covered Dealer.

The Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the service. ELIGIBLE ITEMS: Each image must provide all information on the front and back of the original check as presented to you by the drawer, including, but not limited to, information about the drawer and the paying bank that that is preprinted on the original check, MICR information, signature(s) and required identification written on the front of the original check and any endorsements applied to the back of the original check. The image quality must meet the standard established by the American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association, or the image may not be accepted. The image transmitted to us must be legible and contain images of the front and the back of the check. If we determine in our sole discretion that any image quality does not comply with the requirements as set forth above then we may choose to not accept the item and return it to you and charge back your account. Any loss we or you incur from a delay or processing error resulting from a failure to meet these standards will be your responsibility. Unless Managed Operating System or Managed Application services are purchased, Customer is responsible for selecting, installing and maintaining any software used in connection with the Service including any related applications, systems, or software.
