Harmful interference. Harmful interference shall be construed as any emission which causes serious deg- radation in the quality of the traffic of a radio communication service, or repeatedly disrupts or interrupts that service by exceeding the maximum permissible interfer- ence field strength specified for the Land Mobile Service in Annex 1 or in the case of the Fixed Service exceeding the maximum permissible threshold degradation in Annex 9.

Harmful interference. 5.1 “Harmful Interference” is defined as electronic interference causing non- compliance with FCC cable television transmission regulations or causing loss or degradation of any service to subscribers of the Certificate Holder.
