CABLE MODEMSThe County and Participating Municipalities shall have 90 days from the Effective Date to transition to a Comcast Business Service Internet Plan for the cable modem accounts listed in Exhibit 5 or to cancel service. Comcast agrees there will be no charge for the cable modem accounts listed in Exhibit 5 during this 90-day transition period.
CABLE MODEMS. The Internet Service may require the use of a cable modem. To obtain our Maximum Throughput Rate, you may lease a cable modem from us for a monthly fee or purchase one from a list of modems authorized for use on our systems. CABLE MODEMS. For cable modem delivered Internet Services, Cox shall supply a cable modem (“Modem”). Customer shall not tamper with, or attempt to reprogram the Modem, including, but not limited to, “uncapping” the Modem or affecting its bandwidth settings. Cox may terminate Service to any Modem that has been altered following programming or installation by Cox. The Modem shall be deemed Cox equipment under Section 11 of this Agreement.
CABLE MODEMS. (a) The Customer is responsible for providing cable modems to retail customers. (b) Cable Bahamas will maintain a list of compatible cable modems, in Annex 2 of this Agreement. Cable Bahamas may change this list at any time giving at least six (6) months prior written notice to the Customer, when Cable Bahamas makes the decision to proceed with a change that results in a cable modem model no longer being compatible with Cable Bahamas’ network and systems. (c) It is expressly agreed between the Parties that the Customer can provide its retail customers with modems other than those purchased from Cable Bahamas. Also the Customer commits to prohibit the use by its retail customers of any other modems but those listed as compatible by Cable Bahamas in accordance with this Agreement. (d) The Customer can either: (i) purchase cable modems from Cable Bahamas at prices mentioned in Annex 2 of this Agreement. In that case Cable Bahamas will initially provision and configure the retail customer’s cable modem. (ii) purchase cable modems from the list of compatible cable modem models directly from vendors. In this case, the Customer will need to provide Cable Bahamas the MAC addresses in advance of installation so that services can be provisioned. (e) Subject to 5.2. (c), the Customer may provide cable modems to its retail customers under terms and conditions (sale, rent, etc.), which depend solely on the decision of the Customer. (f) Cable Bahamas will remotely perform network checks and tests on the status of the retail customer’s cable modem. Cable Bahamas reserves the right to upgrade customer provided modem firmware in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. (g) In the event of a retail customer complaint regarding the cable modem, the Customer will be solely responsible to ensure that the modem is in a working state using its own cable modem test station.

(b) To facilitate inventory management, quality assurance, network compatibility and ongoing support, the Reseller should purchase or rent cable modems from Cable Bahamas at prices mentioned in Annex 2 of this Agreement. In that case Cable Bahamas will initially provision and configure the retail customer’s cable modem. (c) Subject to 5.2. (c), the Reseller may provide cable modems to its retail customers under terms and conditions (sale, rent, etc.), which depend solely on the decision of the Reseller. (d) Cable Bahamas will remotely perform network checks and tests on the status of the retail customer’s cable modem. Cable Bahamas reserves the right to upgrade customer provided modem firmware in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. (e) In the event of a retail customer complaint regarding the cable modem, the Reseller will be solely responsible to ensure that the modem is in a working state using its own cable modem test station.
CABLE MODEMS. The HSD Service requires the use of a cable modem. You may lease a cable modem from us for a monthly fee or purchase one from a list of modems authorized for use on our systems. In addition, if you use a modem we do not supply, or if you do not replace the modem we provide when we increase speeds, you may not be capable of obtaining our Maximum Throughput rate.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Bandwidth the amount of data (quantified as “Mbps” or “Gbps”) made available to Customer as specified in a Service Order.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process. 4.2.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for Louisville Telephone when Louisville Telephone serves an end-user with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in one of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.2.3 In the event that Louisville Telephone orders local circuit switching for an end user with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Louisville Telephone the market based rates in Exhibit B for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes. 8.2 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems pursuant to information provided in the LERG in order to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party shall impose any fees or charges whatsoever on the other Party for such activities. 8.3 Unless otherwise required by Commission order, the Rate Center Areas will be the same for each Party. During the term of this Agreement, Onvoy shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Frontier within the LATA and Tandem serving area. Onvoy shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center Area unless otherwise ordered by the FCC, the Commission or another governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, or the LEC industry adopts alternative methods of utilizing NXXs. 8.4 Onvoy will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Onvoy shall designate one location for each Rate Center Area in which the Onvoy has established NXX code(s) as the Routing Point for the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center Area, and such Routing Point shall be within the same LATA as the Rate Center Area but not necessarily within the Rate Center Area itself. Unless specified otherwise, calls to subsequent NXXs of Onvoy will be routed in the same manner as calls to Xxxxx’s initial NXXs. 8.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, to in any way constrain Onvoy’s choices regarding the size of the local calling area(s) that Onvoy may establish for its Customers, which local calling areas may be larger than, smaller than, or identical to Frontier’s local calling areas.

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
