Non-Interference definition

Non-Interference. For a period of two (2) years following your retirement, you will not directly or indirectly induce or encourage:
Non-Interference between Component TOEs means that the execution of one Component TOE does not undermine the certified security policy of the other Component TOE as it is defined in the related Security Target specification. In particular,

  • I acknowledge further that the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Non-Interference Agreement will not materially interfere with my ability to earn a living following the termination of my employment with the Company and that my ability to earn a livelihood without violating such restrictions is a material condition to my employment with the Company.

  • Each of the rights enumerated in this Non-Interference Agreement shall be independent of the others and shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other rights and remedies available to the Company Group at law or in equity.

Non-Interference. The District remains committed to its obligations under collective bargaining laws, including chapter RCW 41.56.   • Transferred Intellectual Property means (a) all Owned Intellectual Property, (b) all Intellectual Property Licenses, and (c) all Technology owned by or licensed to Sellers that is exclusively used in connection with the conduct of the Business as currently conducted (the foregoing constituting the “Transferred Technology”).
