Common use of Hazard Pay Clause in Contracts

Hazard Pay. 22.01 Any Security Guard required to be on duty at a psychiatric isolation detention xxxx or any Security Guard required to guard a psychiatric patient in any location shall be paid an additional two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked performing said function.

Hazard Pay. 22.01 21.01 Any Security Guard security guard required to be on duty at a psychiatric isolation detention xxxx or any Security Guard security guard required to guard a psychiatric patient in any location shall be paid an additional two dollars one dollar and sixty-five ($2.001.65) cents per hour for all hours worked performing said function.
