Hazard Pay. (a) Pole or Towers All employees climbing, or descending, or working on a tower, pole, or side of a building above the height of forty (40) feet will be paid at double time for a minimum of not less than one (1) hour for any time or occasion spent above this height. Two (2) men shall constitute a crew.
