HCSC Divisions and Affiliates. The parties acknowledge that HCSC conducts its insurance business through its respective state operating divisions of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “HCSC” includes each such operating division, as well as any additional divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates through which it may at any time conduct all or a portion of its group or consumer health insurance business. The term ‘affiliate' includes any entity in which HCSC has a material ownership interest or an entity that HCSC controls.
