Head Start Program Teachers. The work year for Head Start teachers shall be one 26 of the following: 28 a. Twelve Month Assignment (fiscal year July 1 to June 30 inclusive). Head 29 Start teachers who have a twelve (12) month assignment work two hundred 30 forty-seven (247) days. The thirteen (13) district holidays are unpaid.
