Head Teacher Sabbatical Leave. The parties agree to introduce 20 paid sabbatical leave places per annum, each of 10 weeks duration, for Head Teachers from the start of 2024. Eligibility criteria will be developed and published by the parties and employer representatives in 2023 as set out in clause 4.9.
