Headway Premium. 148. Any Operator missing a headway for two or more hours for two consecutive days, or more, shall receive a premium of six percent (6%) of the hourly rate per hour for the actual time so worked, commencing on the second day. The parties shall meet and confer during the term of this MOU about improving the method of tracking and paying this premium.
