Common use of HEALTH AND BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

HEALTH AND BENEFITS. (a) Effective January 1, 2011, the Employer shall contribute six dollars and ninety cents ($6.90) for each hour paid to an employee (except for sickness contri- butions and benefits) covered by this agreement to the Local 94-94A-94B Health and Benefit Fund for coverage of the employee and his/her dependent family with welfare benefits provided through said Fund.

HEALTH AND BENEFITS. (a) Effective January 1, 20112007, the Employer shall contribute six four dollars and ninety seventy cents ($6.904.70) per hour for each hour paid to an employee (except for sickness contri- butions contributions and benefits) covered by this agreement to the Local 94-94A-94B Health and Benefit Fund for coverage of the employee and his/her dependent family with welfare benefits provided through said Fund.

(a) Effective January 1, 20112023, the Employer shall contribute six eleven dollars and ninety seventy-six cents ($6.9011.76) for each hour paid to an employee (except for sickness contri- butions contributions and benefits) covered by this agreement to the Local 94-94A-94B Health and Benefit Fund for coverage of the employee and his/her dependent family with welfare benefits provided through said Fund.

HEALTH AND BENEFITS. (a) Effective January 1, 20112019, the Employer shall contribute six nine dollars and ninety fifty-one cents ($6.909.51) for each hour paid to an employee (except for sickness contri- butions contributions and benefits) covered by this agreement to the Local 94-94A-94B Health and Benefit Fund for coverage of the employee and his/her dependent family with welfare benefits provided through said Fund.
