Common use of Health and Safety Inspections Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Inspections. (a) Subject to Section 15.5(b), Project Co shall cause the Construction Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, to conduct an inspection of its facilities and of its health and safety management systems on an annual basis until Final Completion or as otherwise required in accordance with Sections 11.25(b)(vi)(C) or 11.25(b)(vii)(C) (each an “H&S Construction Inspection”), which H&S Construction Inspections shall:
