Health and Safety Provisions. A. If the Association and/or a Bargaining Unit Member has a concern or complaint it and/or he/she believes to be a violation of Ohio’s O.S.H.A. laws and regulations, the concern or complaint shall be communicated to the building principal or Superintendent. Concern/complaints shall be investigated by a qualified professional within 5 business days. It is the intent of the parties that before a complaint or charge is filed with government O.S.H.A. officials, the school district will be given a reasonable opportunity to undertake corrective action.
