Health and Wellness Contribution. Effective December 25, 2016, employees who are eligible for and participate in the Civilian Modified Flexible Benefits Plan without regard to whether an employee opts out of medical coverage shall make a pre-tax contribution equal to 1.5% of base salary to cover the cost of health care.
