Health Benefit Proration. The Board subsidy shall be based on a 40-hour work week. Employees whose normal work schedule is less than 40 hours per week shall receive a pro-ration of the subsidy equal to the number of regularly scheduled hours per week divided by forty (40). VESPA members hired prior to 1990 are grandfathered at a pro-ration based on a thirty-five (35) hour work week.
