Health Benefits for Retirees. 8 An employee who has served the District for a period of not less than ten 9 (10) full-time years is eligible for benefits as a retiree in accord with the 10 provisions below. For the purposes of this section, full-time is defined as 11 six (6) hours or more per day for all 9.5 – 12.0 month employees.
