Health Benefits - Part-Time Employees. (a) The Employer shall pay one-half (1/2) the cost of Extended Health Plan ten/twenty (10/20) dollars, or equivalent, for all employees. (b) In the case of absence for illness, the Employer contributions shall be paid to the above plans to a maximum of one (1) year from commencement of absence. Thereafter, the Employee shall pay the full premiums through the Employer.
