Health Care Management Competency of PPHI Administration Sample Clauses

Health Care Management Competency of PPHI Administration. Most of the staff managing PPHI affairs at provincial and district level in KP did not have health programme management related experience like monitoring and evaluation, procurement, financing. An independent third party evaluation conducted in 2010 revealed that there was barely any staff at district or provincial level which had previous experience of managing health care and had minimal public health experience. The appointment criteria were vague and health management experience was not taken into account during recruitment. (Xxxxxxxx et al., 2010).
