Health Care Reimbursement Program. The District agrees to continue the Health Care Reimbursement Program as provided by the Internal Revenue code (IRC) 125. In accordance with the Program, a limited value of un-reimbursed medical costs provided under an employer’s non–discriminatory plan is not included in an employee’s gross income for income tax purposes.
