Health Insurance and Benefits. All clients will be offered health services, regardless of their health insurance status. Pursuant to the Contractors’ and the Health Care for the Homeless Sliding Fee Scales, the Contractor shall not require payment from homeless individuals for services delivered under this contract. Contractor shall provide assistance to clients to enroll in insurance (e.g., Medi-Cal enrollment, HealthPAC enrollments and renewals) and benefits for which they may be eligible (e.g., CalFRESH).
