Common use of Health Plan Characteristics Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Characteristics. Effective with the commencement of the benefit period beginning on or after July 1, 2006, except as otherwise provided herein, health plans offered to State employees must meet standards in the areas listed below. Prior to each subsequent rebidding or re-evaluation of health plans offered to State employees, the Director of DAS may revise the standards and add standards in additional areas if such revisions and/or additions are recommended by the JHCC.
