Common use of Health Plan Coverages Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Coverages. The County will provide the medical and dental coverage for permanent employees regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) or more hours per week and for their eligible family members, expressed in one of the Health Plan contracts and one of the Dental Plan contracts between the County and the following providers: a. Contra Costa Health Plans (CCHP) x. Xxxxxx Permanente Health Plan c. Health Net d. Delta Dental e. DeltaCare (PMI)
