Health Promotion Programs. The Employer and the Union, recognizing that the health of an employee greatly affects the quality of his/her work, shall encourage unit employees to take advantage of any new or existing programs and facilities that will help to maintain their mental and physical well-being. In addition, the Employer will continue to plan programs aimed at serving Union members.‌‌
