Common use of Healthcare Benefit Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Benefit. The Company shall, if permitted under the Company’s existing health insurance plans, continue Employee’s existing group health insurance coverage. If not so permitted, the Company shall reimburse Employee for any health insurance premiums paid by Employee for continued group health insurance coverage. Such health insurance coverage or reimbursement of health insurance premiums shall continue until the earlier of (A) twelve (12) months after the date of Employee’s termination of employment or (B) the date on which Employee commences New Employment.
