Healthcare Leave Accrual. 1. For the purpose of this Section, each biweekly pay period for which a full-time employee receives his or her full biweekly salary shall be considered the equivalent of eighty (80) regularly scheduled paid hours. 2. During the first three (3) years of employment, an employee shall earn .0347 hours of healthcare leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled workweek or period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately seventy-two (72) hours per year). 3. After an employee has been paid for six thousand two hundred forty (6240) regularly scheduled hours, approximately three (3) years, the employee shall earn .0462 hours of healthcare leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled work period to a maximum of eighty
