Hearing and Response. Step 3: The County Executive or his/her designated representative shall, within ten (10) workdays of receipt of the appeal, schedule and conduct a grievance hearing unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. The County Executive or his/her representative shall render a written response to the grievance within twenty (20) workdays following the date of the grievance hearing unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
