Hearing Care. The Plan does not provide Benefits for routine hearing examinations except for screening Members under the age of 19 years or when related to injury or disease and otherwise covered under this Agreement. Regardless of age, no Benefits are provided for cochlear implants, replacement parts, or cochlear implant batteries. No Benefits are provided for the replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged Hearing Aids.
