High Care Facilities. 9.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, a High Care Facility shall mean Mordialloc Community Nursing Home notwithstanding this, sub-clause 2 shall apply.
9.2 The parties acknowledge that a facility may either become a high care facility or no longer be a high care facility during the life of this Agreement. Where a party believes that this has occurred, they shall notify each of the other parties in writing. If the parties cannot agree that there has been a change in status, any party may refer the matter to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure of this Agreement.
High Care Facilities. For the purposes of this Agreement, a high care residential aged care facility shall mean Cumberland Manor. Notwithstanding this, Clause 10.2 shall apply.
