Common use of High Schools Clause in Contracts

High Schools. All teachers are expected to be in their buildings for their 8-hour work day. a. High school classroom assignments are calculated as a proportion of time compared to the required full time school hours (8 hours including a 30-minute duty free lunch). 16-5-5. Less than full time teachers (.50-.99) and part time teachers (.04-.49) are required to have a proportionate amount of plan time and duty time (e.g. – 72% teachers should have .72 of a plan period and .72 of a duty period in addition to their .72 teaching assignment).
