HIRING OF KEY PERSONNEL. For the purposes of this paragraph, “critical personnel” are defined as i) Vice President Generation and ii) Oxy- combustion Project Manager. In order to ensure the Alliance has adequate resources to fulfill its Phase II obligations, the Alliance is expected to hire these critical personnel. These full-time employees must possess: 1) extensive infrastructure construction management experience with both new and retrofit projects, 2) experience with DOE projects, 3) background in CO2 capture and storage, and 4) a proven track record of implementing best practices in the power generation sector. By March 1, 2013, the Recipient will provide evidence that candidates for both positions are under an employment option agreement and have been notified that the Alliance will execute the option agreements. By March 28, 2013, the Recipient shall have the critical personnel hired.
