HIRING RATIOS. 6.4.1 The hiring of psychologists and social workers shall be in accordance with the budgetary guidelines of the District. 6.4.2 In future years, PSWA has requested that budget guidelines be updated so that psychologist growth matches that of the District student populations. 6.4.3 The District shall consult with the Association prior to changing those guidelines.
