Hiring Workers. The Employer shall have entire freedom to select workers for hire subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Employer may discharge any worker for any cause which the Employer may deem sufficient, except there shall be no discrimination against any worker for any lawful Union activity or a worker's refusal to accept employment in violation of this Agreement.

Hiring Workers. The Contractor shall make special arrangements for the employment and treatment of all workers, whether they are nationals or foreigners, pursuant to the stipulations of the Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Residence Regulations, and other regulations. The Contractor shall also provide necessary work requirements for his workers, including healthy housing, transportation, and healthcare, as stipulated in the Special Conditions.

  • Shift Workers All shift workers (i.e. workers whose shift commences at or after the end of the ordinary day work hours) presenting for work when the temperature is at or over 35°C will remain on site in air conditioned amenities for a minimum two hours, holding themselves available to commence work should the temperature fall below 35°C.
