No Discrimination. No unit member shall be in any way discriminated against as a result of reporting any condition believed to be a violation of the above paragraph.

Examples of No Discrimination in a sentence

  • Where an allegation is made by an employee that Article 7 (No Discrimination or Harassment) or Article 8 (Sexual Harassment) has been violated, a grievance shall be initiated at Step Two within forty (40) working days after such violation is alleged to have occurred.

  • In the case of issues of interpretation of the Agreement, past practices, payment of compensation or violations of Section 3 (No Discrimination) of the Agreement (Discrimination, etc.), if the grievant is not satisfied, s/he may move the complaint directly to Step 3 of this grievance procedure.
