Historic Property Description. Grantee covenants, acknowledges, and agrees to preserve the Historic Property and setting in accordance with the terms and conditions of this covenant. The “Historic Property” consists of that portion of the Property depicted in Attachment 2 (attached hereto) and any improvements thereon, including without limitation San Xxxxxx Irrigation Project’s old Headquarters (“SCIP old HQ”) building. The Historic Property and its setting are described in detail in the State of Arizona Historic Property Inventory Form (“HPIF”), dated June 21, 2004. A copy of the HPIF is attached to the Memorandum Of Agreement By And Among The United States Of America Acting By And Through Its General Services Administration, The Arizona State Historic Preservation Office Regarding The Conveyance And Preservation Of San Xxxxxx Irrigation Project Old Headquarters Building Located At 000 X.
