HISTORIC PROPERTY DESIGNATION. If the Property is or may be subject to a Historic Property local ordinance or is subject to or may qualify for the Historic Property Special Property Tax Assessment under ORS 358.475 to 358.565, Seller shall provide OREF-045 Historic Property Addendum.
