Holding Out. Lessee agrees that it will not at any time represent or hold out the Lessor, the Agent or any Affiliate of any of them (and will use its best efforts to ensure that none of the Lessor, the Agent, any Lender or any Affiliate of any of them is not at any time represented or held out) as being in any way connected or associated with any operation of the Airframe, any Engine or any Part or any other operations or carriage undertaken by Lessee.
Holding Out. No person other than the Authorised Representative may directly or indirectly represent the Licensee pursuant to the Letter of Authority.

Holding Out. The Intermediary must not represent to any person or do anything that is likely to result in a person believing that the Intermediary:

Grantor agrees that it and the other Loan Parties and their respective Subsidiaries will not at any time represent or hold out any Lender, any Bank Product Provider or Agent or any Affiliate of any of them (and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that no Lender, no Bank Product Provider, Agent, or any Affiliate of any of them is at any time represented or held out by any other Affiliate) as being in any way connected or associated with any operation of any Airframe, any Engine, any Rotor, any Rotor Blade, or any Part or any other operations or carriage undertaken by Grantor.
Holding Out. Following the Termination Date, the Employee will not, save as agreed, represent himself as being employed by, or concerned in any way with the Company or any of its Associated Companies.

The Lessee will not at any time represent or hold out Lessor, the Security Trustee or the Agent (and will use its best endeavors to procure that none of Lessor, the Security Trustee or the Agent is at any time represented or held out by any Sub-lessee) as being in any way connected or associated with any operation of the Aircraft, the Engine or any Part or any operation of carriage undertaken by the Lessee or any Sub-lessee or as in any other way having any interest in the Engine except as owner or mortgagee or lessor.
Holding Out. Grantor agrees that it and the other Guarantors and their respective Subsidiaries will not at any time represent or hold out any Secured Party or any Affiliate of any of any Secured Party (and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that no Secured Party or any Affiliate of any Secured Party is at any time represented or held out by any other Affiliate) as being in any way connected or associated with any operation of any Airframe, any Engine, any Rotor, any Rotor Blade, or any Part or any other operations or carriage undertaken by Grantor.
Holding Out. The Executive agrees that he will not at any time after the termination of his employment represent himself as still having any connection with the Company or any Associated Company, save as a former employee for the purpose of communicating with prospective employers or complying with any applicable statutory requirements.
