Provided, however, 165 Buyer Will Will Not owe the compensation under §§ 7.1, 7.2, 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 as indicated, if a commission is earned by 166 another real estate brokerage firm acting pursuant to an exclusive agreement with Xxxxx entered into during the Holdover Period, 167 and a Sale or Lease of the Submitted Property is consummated.
