Holiday Compensation. All authorized hours worked on designated holidays shall be compensated at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular rate of pay in addition to the regular rate of pay. At the discretion of the County Office, a unit member may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid time, in the amount of one and one-half (1 1/2) hours for each hour worked on designated holidays.
