UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. If laid off employees apply for unemployment compensation benefits, the Employer will not contest the claim and will confirm that the employee was laid off.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. If laid off employees apply for unemployment compensation benefits, the Employer will not contest the claim and will confirm that the employee was laid off. However, an employee on the recall list who declines or fails to respond within seven (7) consecutive working days of a formal written recall notice, may have their unemployment benefits adversely impacted.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. Employer expressly agrees that the release language in Section 4 below shall not prevent Employee from applying for unemployment benefits to which Employee may be entitled under applicable law.

The Company agrees not to contest any claim for unemployment benefits made by the employee to the State of Colorado and agrees that a claim for unemployment benefits would not violate the release provisions of Paragraphs 5 through 8. The parties understand that despite the Non-Disclosure provisions of Paragraph 11 of this Agreement, the Employee may provide, or may be required by the unemployment agency to provide, information regarding the existence and amount of the Severance Payment provisions of this Agreement in connection with his claim for unemployment benefits.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. As a condition precedent to any unpaid leave of absence, the teacher shall agree to waive any claim to unemployment compensation during the period of such leave of absence or any recess or vacation period immediately preceding or succeeding such leave.

UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. From time to time, Employees of the La Senorita Companies file unemployment claims with the State of Michigan following the termination of their employment with the La Senorita Companies. Copies of each Request to Employers for Wage and Separation Information issued to the La Senorita Companies by the Michigan Unemployment Security Agency since December 31, 1997 for each such claimant, together with copies of determinations (if made) and descriptions of the context surrounding each such claim, have been previously provided to Buyer.
UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. If EXECUTIVE applies for unemployment benefits, the COMPANY agrees to truthfully, completely, and timely respond to any inquiries regarding any claims for unemployment benefits filed by EXECUTIVE.
